Two quick phone calls, all behavioral questions - the first call was just general information whereas the second dealt with experiences I had encountered. Overall was very easy and straightforward - just be prepared to answer questions relating to your resume inside and out

First interview was with a fun and respectful recruiter--very positive. Second interview was with a front-office employee who was a bit abrasive, making comments that he wasn't sure I was qualified for what he wanted me to do. Overall, this negativity drove me away

Their process was not very transparent; it took a long time to hear back and there was little closure. HR overall is lacking, but that is just the nature of the company. The initial "screen" is somewhat of an interview, and mostly a resume review.
