Was found on clearancejobs by a Booz recruiter. Was contacted by email and had a phone interview the same day. The recruiter tried to sell me on all the benefits Booz offers. Sent over my resume and portfolio and had an interview with 2 Booz program managers the next week. Questions were typical and easy - not very technical because the people interviewing me were not technical. I received an offer a few days later for significantly less than what I asked for. They offered me 10% LESS than my current salary and I only wish they would have been up front with this information so I didn't have to travel and waste my time interviewing. I really thought it was a joke at first.

Went through three rounds of interviews and spent time refining a portfolio website with specific asks to only be ghosted. Discovered I had not advanced by looking on the career page two weeks after being told I'd be contacted one way or the other. Very disappointing to have spent so much time with not even a courtesy form email telling me I was not chosen.
