I applied through on-campus recruiting and the process from resume deadline to verbal offer took about 4 weeks. I had two behavioral interviews - first round was on a Wednesday and final round was on the next day. I received a phone call a week later that I got the job. There were plenty of opportunities to learn more about the company and meet with employees through campus events that led up to the resume drop.

Recruiter screening, panel round with 2-4 associates-senior associates, final round interview with hiring manager. Quick turnaround on interviews. Started interviewing and got an offer within 1-1.5 months which was nice!

Did a phone interview with the sourcing recruiter, which was followed 2 weeks later with a video interview by 2 senior employees of the contract. The recruiters & interviewers were encouraging and insightful, and I got the offer 2 weeks later
