I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (Arlington, VA) in Aug 2018
Interview
I applied online and was contacted for a phone screen within a couple of days. A week after my phone screen, I was set up for a phone interview with a team interested in my application. I was asked to interview in person by the end of the phone interview. My next interview was within two weeks with several other senior members of the team. Overall there was great communication between the firm and myself - nothing was left to question.

Application
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (Stafford, VA) in May 2016
Interview
I had three one-on-one interviews and a phone interview. The project managers did a great job of describing the company, their particular projects within the company, and what skills they were looking for in a new hire. There were no HR type questions, just the standard "tell me about yourself" and "what is your experience with X?" questions. There was no HR person involved in the process and I was left to show myself out of the office after the phone interview.
