screen interview occurs first. meeting with managers occur next. Straight forward process. 2 weeks total. have to understand how negotiate certain things related to pay.
The job I interviewed for, requested senior experience at Junior pay. They were very cages of pay until the very last step, making it a waste of time for everybody.

applied using the glass door app. Contacted by recruiter shortly after. First had phone interview. Then had interview with senior associate and other managers on phone in a office. Received next steps within a weeks time period.
