The interview process was straight forward. I applied online, was contacted by a recruiter for a phone screen, heard back a day later to come down for an interview day. Went to interview day, where they have candidates have 3 one on one interviews with project team members. They assess technical skills as well as soft consulting skills.

One interview with 3 people. Just resume focused. I applied for a Mid Level role, so they asked me about some of the school senior projects as well, why do i want to work here, all that good stuff
