Well Organized with many people over the phone. Be prepared to explain in detail what you know and how you can help the firm. These people are smart, and can detect if you are trying to enhance your resume. Also do not expect annoying programming questions, you need to show them you an think.

One interview with 3 people. Just resume focused. I applied for a Mid Level role, so they asked me about some of the school senior projects as well, why do i want to work here, all that good stuff
The process is competitive and has many steps to it. They really care about how you would fit within the team along with your skills and experience. You do end up meeting quite a few people as you move through the process.
