Scheduled an initial phone screen with someone from upper management. He stated the call would be to learn more about the role and my profile. However, I was unexpectedly asked to answer coding questions which is not typical for an initial screen. After the interview, no feedback was provided and I never heard from them again.
Based on the questions asked, seems they're looking for someone to work well beyond 9-5 without compensation.
