After you have been pre-selected you have to take an SAT like test, that's above average in terms of difficulty. If you manage to pass the test (which as I've heard, not many do) you go on for a first interview with somebody from HR. If successful, you'll have 1 or 2 more interviews, with the team you'll be working with and the other with the CEO of the company. I passed the test and went for the 1st interview with HR but they decided that the job that I applied for was way under my qualifications and the other job available required much more skill.
Everything was ok except the fact that after 20 mins of leisure talking, just a few specific questions and a few days of thought, the person from HR concluded that I wouldn't be a fit with the company culture cause of my entrepreneurial and independent nature. This is ok and it's their decision, but their company ethos and the way they advertise theirselves basically attracts people like me and you get the feeling that these are the people they want (and as I know from a good source these are the kinds of people they used to be looking for but now they require more people that act without asking too many questions and deviating too much from their norm). I would say they need to revise they way they place themselves out there and make it clear who you want. Plus, don't jump to conclusions before asking more questions :)
