Pretty simple, they take you to the back and ask standard interview questions (“when can you work” or “what are your strengths”). There’s a little bit of a language barrier because management speaks poor English

I Waited about 20 minutes for the interview, Then was brought into room and two of the managers interviewed me. Overall they were very nice and it was a very easygoing interview
