At first, they email you and set up a phone interview. In my experience, it went well. I spoke to Kimberly Butley and she told me a little bit more about the company and all it requires. She emailed me right after and scheduled me for a Face-to-Face interview. Now, this interview was like no other interview I have ever attended. They sit you down with a group of other potential hires and they do more or so an orientation of the company. I introduced myself. Then, we got the tour of the company. I loved the tour. It allowed me to visualize myself with the company. Afterwards, we sat back in the orientation classroom and took our bi-lingual exams (you have to take one in the language that you applied for and an English exam) . Each were timed, 10 minutes. After we finished the exam, we met with a Customer Service Senior and he taught us a little bit about the way they operate their system. Shortly after he was done, I got interviewed by two coaches. They asked me about leadership skills, past job experiences, ect. They were all very welcoming and they walked me out at the end of our interview. Kimberly followed up with me about 2-3 days later and gave me the job offer. I accepted. Now, they are running the background test. Out of everything, the background check is the most intimidating part. They check everything you input. Now, my background is completely clean but they did request a transcript authorization to make sure I do have my high school diploma and afterwards they contacted my previous jobs. So, this company is completely legit. I cannot wait to start on the 1st of February! Good Luck, to you guys
