Preliminary screening with HR Hiring Manager round 2 Product craft rounds Fitment round The biggest challenge I find with Booking interviews was the questions are quite vague and the some of the interviewers are looking for a specific answer and if you go on a different tangent, they will not even stop you to get you on track and instead assume that you do not know the answer. Also do not assume that the interviewers will stick to the pattern as shared by the HR. In the FIT interview they may go back to any areas where the feedback from the previous round was not great and completely ignore the cultural fitment.

They were very helpful throughout the process and sent me a guideline email with clear instructions and important details. This made everything easier to understand and helped me know exactly what steps to take next.
Great, They asked some simple question about my experience and after each part some follow up question. That is important you have some example and use STAR method to answer. I am waiting for result.

The application procedure is straightforward. You submit your documents first, then go through an initial screening. After that, you complete the first two interviews, followed by an assessment and an assessment interview. Once all stages are finished, you receive a final decision or offer.
