I had a process for a Talent Marketing Social Media Specialist role. Unfortunately, the whole thing from scratch was a mess, even though my recruiter was trying to be nice and helpful. First, the process was held by a third party, a recruitment agency. I got the role description one day before my first interview, then the preparation tips were for Software devs just bc "our agency mostly hires them, not marketing". Then I got the result about two people being selected into the final stage, a bit later – three, and also info about the next scheduled interview for this candidate ahead of the test task results. I got my test task precisely one day before the deadline. The icing on the cake – I didn't get any feedback. My recruiter seemed to ask for feedback only when I pushed (and still no results), and (upd) I got some 1 month later only from an interviewer who is on maternity leave. Remember that we're talking about the Talent Marketing role – the person supposed to spread the word about how the company cherishes its employees and candidates. Definitely one of my biggest disappointments.
