Was 3 interviews, HM screening for 30 min, then craft 1 focussing on product strategy, KPIs, customer focus and craft 2 focussing on technical acumen and stake holder management. Recruiter sends a format for both Craft interviews. Craft 2 did not go well because interviewers.did not follow the format and went a complete informal style, which i hate because it is dependent on their subjective feedback, and one of them kept cutting me off.

Overall super smooth interview process. The recruiter shared how to prepare for each round and the feedback after each interview round. 1-Recruiter Call 2-Hiring Manager Interview 3-Craft Interview I 4-Craft Interview II 5-Fit interview All the interviews are free-fall conversations and more like conversational where you build the conversation with interviewers. I have used the STAR framework to answer all the questions they raised and started building from it. extra tip. for both Craft Interviews, have your own stories mapped to stakeholder management, strategy, roadmapping. And also in the Fit interview, it is expected to get more product-related questions. Good Luck :)
