      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Booking.com (Amsterdam) in Dec 2022

      Interview

My application got forwarded from a different position i had applied to and was not a fit, but had a good technical skills feedback from HM. Was 3 interviews, HM screening for 30 min, then craft 1 focussing on product strategy, KPIs, customer focus and craft 2 focussing on technical acumen and stake holder management. Recruiter sends a format for both Craft interviews. Craft 2 did not go well because interviewers.did not follow the format and went a complete informal style, which i hate because it is dependent on their subjective feedback, and one of them kept cutting me off.

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Booking.com (Amsterdam) in Mar 2024

      Interview

Overall super smooth interview process. The recruiter shared how to prepare for each round and the feedback after each interview round. 1-Recruiter Call 2-Hiring Manager Interview 3-Craft Interview I 4-Craft Interview II 5-Fit interview All the interviews are free-fall conversations and more like conversational where you build the conversation with interviewers. I have used the STAR framework to answer all the questions they raised and started building from it. extra tip. for both Craft Interviews, have your own stories mapped to stakeholder management, strategy, roadmapping. And also in the Fit interview, it is expected to get more product-related questions. Good Luck :)

      Application

I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Booking.com (Manchester, England) in Aug 2023

      Interview

I interviewed with Booking.com in Aug 2023 for a Technical Product Manager role. Overall the process was fantastic! The entire process from initial recruiter call to final call informing me I was successful, took 7 weeks total. Since the interviews were during August, this probably caused delays as interviewers were on vacations. There were 5 rounds total - 1.) Initial recruiter screening 2.) Hiring manager screening 3.) 1st Craft interview 4.) 2nd Craft interview 5.) Product Director The recruiter communicated regularly during this time. She kept me informed after each round on the interviewer's feedback and my application status.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

For Technical Product Manager, there were 5 rounds total. 1st round - initial screening with recruiter going over current situation, reasons for applying, general Qs. 2nd round - hiring manager round going over experience & your specific strengths 3rd & 4th rounds - Craft Interviews: the questions were mostly behavioural scenarios which I answered using STAR framework. There were also product questions such as what's your Product delivery framework end-to-end & Prioritisation framework? 5th round - 1 hour call with Product Director, high level discussion on your experience & projects you made an impact ie. moved a metric
