I had a 30 minute interview. The interviewee was personable. She wanted to know why I wanted to tutor and what skills I had. She let me know next steps included a recorded demo class.

Prepared sample ESL lesson based off of a children's book; needed to include speaking, reading, and writing session. Selection of book and formatting of lecture was very open--lots of room for creativity and improvisation.
