Don’t fall for the pay here. That’s actually if you hit OTE. Base is more like $80k. CEO isn’t personable and he doesn’t know much about the construction industry.

First, there is a 30 minute recruiter call, then a 2 hour take-home, and lastly a couple follow-up interviews related to the take-home. The take-home is a full-stack project. The follow-ups are to implement a feature on top of the take-home.
