The entire recruitment process went incredibly smooth, from the initial application to the various interview stages. The entire process took around a month, but since it's affected by year-end holiday, the actual time might be just around 2 weeks. Along the recruitment procedure for Data Engineer, the stages are more or less are as follows: CV Screening -> Interviews -> Psychometric Assessment -> Background Check -> Offering. In more detail, the components of the interviews are as follows: Technical Test -> HR Interview -> User Interview -> Team Fit Interview.
The technical test asked some question about data cleaning, SQL query, simple data analysis, and database design. The user interview mainly discuss about the thought process of how an applicant worked on their Technical Test, alongside some knowledge of the role in general and qualification alignment with Bobobox's needs in specific.
Throughout the whole hiring process, the recruitment team was highly responsive and provided excellent guidance whenever I had questions or was awaiting updates on my status.
