Bluejacket interview questions

The general manager sat me down, and asked about my restaurant experience, which was minimum. A server at the restaurant recommended me and that was the deciding factor for how I got the job, considering my minimum experience. However I was applying for an entry level position so I can't imagine I needed much experience to food run.
