I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bluebottle (Sephaku) in Mar 2021

Interview
Very informal, employees are generally through network and who have been recommended or worked with the team. It' pretty much referral only - all about proven quality.
Interviews are generally chats backing up the shared work experience in the past. The interview is basically the work you've done together already.
