The company conducted three rounds of interviews with me and required a 30-page assignment for an email campaign. After all of that, they never got back to me. The least a candidate deserves especially after investing significant time and effort is basic communication or feedback. A hiring process should be respectful, transparent, and considerate of the candidate’s effort.
