Good... ..I spoke to a number of people and who were enthusiastic about the interview process and they were all very passionate about their roles and the role that I was interviewing for.

Question 1
What do you know about JDA Software as company? How long have you been in the software industry and what were your roles. Have you managed people and how to do work with others internally?
I had 3 interviews in total, First with HR for the initial screening and they set the next round of interview with the hiring manager within the next couple of day. Within the same day, I had the schedule set up for the last round of interview which was a panel interview with other team members.

I interviewed with them four times and then I was ghosted afterwards. I followed-up and never heard nothing back. Very rude and unprofessional. I took time off to attend each round and it’s very bad customer service not to let me know you didn’t pick me for the role.
