      Compensation Analyst Interview

      11 Apr 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Scottsdale, AZ
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Blue Yonder (Scottsdale, AZ) in Oct 2015

      Interview

There were 3 interviews lined up for one morning. One was with an HR rep, one with the manager of the department, and one with 2 peers from the team. There was also an Excel test conducted to ensure I knew my way around pivot tables and formulas. The test and the interviews went very smoothly and I was advised I was just one of 2 candidates seriously considered for the role. No more than 2 days after the interview I received a 2-line decline email and no other communication. A kind request for feedback went unanswered. Since their recruiter Chris had personally handled the entire process and was very responsive to email/phone calls to this point in the process, I found this strange, rude, and unprofessional.

      Compensation Analyst Interview

      3 Feb 2017
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Menomonee Falls, WI
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Blue Yonder (Menomonee Falls, WI) in Sept 2016

      Interview

I had great communication with their staff up until my in-person interview. I interviewed from an office with a Director, then completed three video interviews. 15 minutes into the first video interview, the screen saver turned on. They could see me, but I had a dark screen and could not view them. I told them all about the problem I had not being able to see them. Nobody cared. I was not offered use of the restroom or offered water. Very poor experience. And this was from their HR staff. I never heard back from them. Interview was four months ago. I called them and sent follow up emails but they never responded. I have since found other employment, but remember this experience as being the worst I've had in 25 years. My "no offer" response below should be "no further contact" whatsoever.

      Question 1

I was asked many relevant questions. Questions were standard for the position.
