Interview
Saw an add on Craigslist for the appropriate hours I was looking for in a management training roll. Applied and offered an interview. I really enjoyed meeting with management she was professional and made me feel very comfortable.
I was called and unfortunately the position had been filled by someone else.

Interview
The process took two days and was very in depth. I had about a twenty minute interview the first day and a 2 hour long interview the second day. They asked a series of questions and we discussed my experience at length.

Question 1
Typical interview questions, but was mapped out very well. I was more impressed with how linear the thought was with my manager, well spoken, and time oriented. This is more of the track that I was applying to take which is training in management.
