Blue Ocean Data Solutions Software Engineer interview questions

Few years ago, the interview session was more than 3 hours. But i heard, nowadays, it took longer than that. Sometimes, it passed the working hour. There were so many tests. There were stacked of question papers. Feel like research paper lol. The test was in different language but once hired, difference langugage and framework. And not so tally with the job descption.
