Blue Line Solutions interview questions

I submitted an application for an open role. The very next day their HR reached out expressing how excited they were to speak with me about the role. HR gave the impression that they wanted to offer me the job and began to provide me with information on working conditions, stipends for car/cell phone, etc. She then said that the VP of Sales or the CEO would want to speak to me. I expressed my enthusiasm for speaking with them and provided several opportunities to do so, even the same day if necessary. HR left me her number and that was the last I have heard from this company. I texted her and called and left a message with no response. Highly unprofessional.
