I had a strange experience with Blue Light Card. I had an interview scheduled with James the hiring manager and waited over 30 minutes on the call with no one joining. I followed up during and after the scheduled time but received no response. Unfortunately, this made the interview experience feel disorganized and disrespectful of candidates’ time.
