I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Blue Arch Capital
Interview
Process started with a headhunter reaching out to inquire about interest in this firm. The agency is known to not be very good (London based firm) and I had to chase him for more information, should have been a red flag off the bat. I had a phone interview with a partner who asked very general questions about my background and promised a quick process due to fundraising efforts. There was a one hour modeling test which they requested be done multiple times and after that there was a case study for a possible investment which came back with comments / turns which is quite unusual. Additional phone interviews were done with another partner and VP and I found out troubles surrounding fundraising / new office locations. The quick process in which everything was completed in a timely manner suddenly stalled and about a month later I get an update from the headhunter on no offer. They made an offer to a different candidate even after the headhunter said no one else was involved. The headhunter was terrible and would call me to ask for updates from the firm that he was hired by HAHA, and if I could describe the modeling test!
