Block Producer/Creative Project Manager interview questions

Started the interview process with the recruiter. Then an interview with the hiring manager. Followed by a 5-person panel interview, which was supposed to be the final. Then was asked to do an additional 2 rounds after that. Took an additional two weeks to get a final decision. Total 8 weeks, with 9 rounds of interviews. No offer. Process was unnecessarily dragged out. Sounds like they kept me as a backup while they finalized an offer with another candidate. Completely disrespectful of my time.
