Went through the full process Recruiter screen, then their panel interview where I interviewed with 5 different people for 30-45mins each, was then moved through to final round with the hiring manager who failed to make eye contact once and was more focused on his toddler running around his desk than speaking with me. Then a call with the recruiter after the hiring manager interview who said all of my feedback was looking really good and it was between myself and one other candidate, The Recruiter mentioned they would come back to me with final outcome in 2 days time. 2 weeks have passed and Ive sent 2 emails that have not been responded to and now Ive seen the same job readvertised. So all in all I spent almost 7 hours interviewing and got ghosted at the end.
