Interview
The interview process was positive and I enjoyed the process, they went through a layoff but everyone was very nice. The recruiter was phenomenal and very responsive. There were about 4/5 steps but all of the steps made sense.

Tell me about ime where you help upskill team that have gone thru a major transformation.
Submitted my application and resume. Recruiter left me a voicemail two days later than she wanted to speak with me about the role. I called back 15 minutes later and left her a message. Several days later I also messaged her on LinkedIn as I know voicemail isn’t always reliable. Three days after that, I received a no-reply email with rejection. Never spoke with the recruiter that supposedly wanted to speak with me and now idea why. Terrible experience.

Interview
Applied online and was contacted by recruiter about two weeks later. Interviewed with hiring manager a week later and panel interview a week after that. Very smooth and quick responses from everyone. Pleasant experience, would apply again.
