I had 3 back to back interviews with two managers and tentative co-worker. The managers seemed to be more upbeat, but the AE co-worker was notably tired and unamused. The culture is mainly seen to be based on high levels of commitment to work. The goals seemed pretty high too, and they were calculated pretty oddly.
