Blinkist Engineering Manager for Android interview questions

I had two onsite interview days. The first day I spoke 1 hour with the Director of Engineer, a discussion on technical things (not strictly related to Android) to assess my technical knowledge. We used a whiteboard, not to write algorithms but rather to have a more visual representation of what we were discussing about. The next hour was with the Director of Product, and the conversation steered more towards organizational and leadership-focused topics. The final onsite day saw me discussing the challenge I was given beforehand with the CTO, the Director of Engineering, and the whole Android team. After that, I had a pair programming session with the Android team (not so much programming, more like technical discussions). Finally, I had a 45-minutes interview with the Director of Design. After a final checkout with the CTO, the interview process was completed.
