Interview process was good, I got through to the assessment center - questions weren’t too hard, more your standard interview questions. Also included a group presentation section and a solo presentation.

What is one of the things you’re interested in outside of work.
Long drawn process. 3 months to respond to the application for an HR round, then more than a month to call back for round 2 of interviews. Round 2 was almost 3 hours with multiple interviewers. Haven't heard back since the last round of interviews. No feedback or response even after multiple follow ups
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Blenheim Chalcot (London, England)
Interview
1) Phone interview general background and interest in BC.
2) In-person interviews, 3 meetings with two managers to and two analysts.
3) A final case study with analyst and interview with an associate.
General background, interest questions, less technical.
Very nice team, environment, and interesting company.
