The HireVue format included watching an introductory video, then answering 2 questions with 3 minutes to prepare each. Before starting, I had the option to try a practice test question.

Interview
The interview process was about the online application, then a hirevue videos to send in 5 days. It was, 2 or 3 videos of 2 minutes maximum, "fit" videos. Very simple, average in fact.
