Applied job on the BalckRock web, and after 2 weeks, hr phone call asked about salary, sponsor. First round interview in the next week, and second round in the next day.

I got recommended for a different job position after conversation with the recruiter. Interview itself was mostly behavioral and some technical. The hiring manager seemed very disinterested in the answers I was giving, No eye contact either.
