Three 30-min interviews with Associate + 2 VPs. Asked me tons of questions about portfolio management, different types of risk, statistical analysis, and brain teasers I've never come across before.

Bag full of marbles that represent the entire market (all marbles in bag give you a 10% ann. return). You have a client that wants at least a 12% return on a portfolio of your choosing. How many marbles are you taking out and what would be the weight of each marble?

Most of questions were personal (current job, why Blackrock) but no évaluation of the knowledge of the financial market or Investment strategy

Interview
It was very fair, we have 2 rounds in the same day, in the morning, we met with the teams. The morning consisted on 2 one on one Interviews with the team.
Only people that passed the first round stayed on for the afternoon session.
