HireVue pre-recorded interview with 3 behavioral questions about your desire to work for BlackRock, why you chose your course of study, etc. Given 30 seconds to prepare your answer and 90 seconds to answer. Very short, to the point, and smooth process.
HireVue then 3 part superday. All interviews were a mix of technical and behavioral but mostly behavioral and market-based. Interviews were over a 4 hour period and with employees from different offices

Interview
The Hirevue questions were all behavioral, no tell me about yourself or why blackrock. Questions were pretty simple. Prepare a financial news story you are following because they will ask you that.
Hireview is preparation and then one time recording, which is from memory 3 minutes long. There was only 3 questions for me and most of it related to the role instead of purely just asking why blackrock or why this role.
