BlackRock’s Spring Week interview process includes an online application, a video interview with competency and situational questions, followed by an assessment center involving group exercises, case studies, and final interviews.
After submitting application form, there are 2 questions via hirevue , each has 2 mins to answer, with 3 mins prep time. After completing the VI, the submission is successful
2 questions on hirevue - why blackrock, what are you passionate about. You are given a set time of 30 seconds to 1 min to prepare for the question and around 2 minutes to answer
