I had around 7 half hour interviews, all very easy experience based interviews. I never met the hiring manger in person, only had a 1/2 hour meeting with her. Everyone I met at BlackRock seemed intelligent and personable. Everyone stressed how hard you will work if you accept an offer. HR was a whole different story. Very unprofessional, rude and condescending.
