Interview
The first stage of the process used a video interview, asking you basic questions to understand why you would like to work at BlackRock and why you are a suitable candidate. I did not receive a confirmation or rejection when applying in October 2023 and writing this January 2024
It was a straightfoward process, hirevue consisted of 2 questions, then had my final interview with a director a few weeks after i submitted my hirevue. They described what they do. The interview was conversational
