One whole day interview. Lots of individual interviews, written task and group presentation. The interviewers are relaxed and they genuinely want to get to know you. I applied online and heard back 2 months later. The morning consisted of first round interviews and then in the afternoon if you qualified you were called in for the assessment centre which included more interviews and group exercise.

2 hour session, split into 4 interviews, each lasting 30 minutes and with 2 interviewers. Interviews split into categories of asking about yourself and experiences, your interests in joining BlackRock, and two department based rounds asking about compliance.

Interview
Online application, virtual cover letter, and an on-site interview with a panel of three directors in compliance functions. It takes around two months to get invited for the interview. The interview was casual and the interviewers mostly asked CV-related questions.
