Interview
Montage Video Interview: pretty basic, questions were straightforward. Nothing to be nervous about. Technology is easy to use. Had some trouble figuring it out at first and called the company for help, but it was resolved quickly. To my understanding there are supposed to be a couple more interviews after, one is another video interview, and the other a superday at their office.
HireVue then 3 part superday. All interviews were a mix of technical and behavioral but mostly behavioral and market-based. Interviews were over a 4 hour period and with employees from different offices

Interview
The Hirevue questions were all behavioral, no tell me about yourself or why blackrock. Questions were pretty simple. Prepare a financial news story you are following because they will ask you that.
Hireview is preparation and then one time recording, which is from memory 3 minutes long. There was only 3 questions for me and most of it related to the role instead of purely just asking why blackrock or why this role.
