Interview
I applied by submitting my resume on their website. I was then contacted about a video interview. A couple days later I received an email about a SuperDay the following week. The SuperDay was 4.5 hours - 4 interviews and 1 case/presentation. The interviews were very relaxed. It almost feel more like a conversation. Everyone was really nice and interested in what I had to share.
HireVue then 3 part superday. All interviews were a mix of technical and behavioral but mostly behavioral and market-based. Interviews were over a 4 hour period and with employees from different offices

Interview
The Hirevue questions were all behavioral, no tell me about yourself or why blackrock. Questions were pretty simple. Prepare a financial news story you are following because they will ask you that.
Hireview is preparation and then one time recording, which is from memory 3 minutes long. There was only 3 questions for me and most of it related to the role instead of purely just asking why blackrock or why this role.
