I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Black Diamond Video (Richmond, CA) in Jul 2015
Interview
I had two over the phone interviews, and two in-person panel style interviews. The first in-person interview was with two other technicians and a manager, and the second was with three managers and one of the technicians from the first interview.
Most of the questions were centered around my customer service experience and technical knowledge. There were quite a few curveball questions designed to see how I handle new and unfamiliar situations. I got the impression I'll be having to be think quickly and decisively fairly often, and also be able to figure out solutions to problems I may not have encountered before.

The HR called me the day I sent my application for the open position to set up a telephone interview with the Sales Manager of that region. I had to follow up with the HR on numerous occasions to find the status of my application. I was then flown into the city to have on onsite interview with the Sales manager. Both the interviews were focused towards establishing a good working relation with the manager. It was then followed up with another telephone interview with the Senior software engineer.
