I had an initial call with Ojaswini from the HR team of Mobisy. She is one of the most friendly and polite HRs that I have come across during my job search. For a SME, the level of professionalism in scheduling the interview rounds that I witnessed at Bizom was exceptional. Typically a candidate has to keep following up with the HRs for updates, but at Mobisy, Ojaswini made sure to keep me updated at all times. The interview with one of the senior managers at Mobisy - Prarabadh has been a memorable one for me. It was a challenging yet fun interview round with very interesting questions. I noticed how Prarabdh values smartness, work ethics and values of a person. The energy and drive to work is valued at Mobisy which was clear to me through this interview round. I am yet to receive final verdict on my application. Fingers crossed !

I was interviewed at there head office (Bengaluru), it took one day and there were 5 rounds 1. Written test (Aptitude and reasoning) and Subjective writing test(About their company) 2. HR Interview (Basic) 3. Technical Interview (Customer support team) 4. Technical Interview (Email support team) 5. HR interview I could clear all the rounds, after completing all the rounds they made me wait for almost 4 hours and the reply was "Sorry you can leave for the day" and the reason they gave me was "wanted person with software background". Knowing that I was not from the software, don't know why they had wasted my time and there's.
