From my initial application to job start the process took about 1 month. My first interview was with a member of the HR team. The interviewer was very friendly and it gave the interview a relaxed feel. General questions about past experience, interest in the company. Second interview was with department employees, eventual team lead. More role specific and team based questions. Again a relaxed conversatinal tone throughout the interiew, which made me feel at ease. The process from offer to the job start was very efficient and helpful. HR provided details for my moving process to Veinna I was eventually offered a different role than the one I applied for.
