      Project Manager Interview

      7 Mar 2020
      Anonymous employee
      London, England
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Bit Zesty (London, England) in Aug 2019

      Interview

The interview process was very positive for me. Within 10 days from my initial application via CV, I was offered a role at Bit Zesty that I accepted. There were multiple stages (aptitude tests, telephone interview, face to face interview with tasks) which were progressed quickly and there was lots of flexibility to work around my commitments at the time. I had the chance to ask a lot of questions and understand more about the role and the company before investing time in to the final stages of the application. The interviews themselves were fairly informal and relaxed and I felt at ease speaking with all of the people that I met with, all of whom were friendly and welcoming. Questions were focused around a deep dive into my skills and experience, with some situational questions too. The tasks that I was asked to complete were fairly straightforward and I found them useful in understanding more about the type of person they were looking for and their responsibilities within the role. Bit Zesty are clearly thorough when it comes to finding a suitable candidate but I see this as a positive as it also allows the candidate to find out more and make a better decision on whether to join them.
