Got a quick tour of campus in Hickory, NC. Continued to meet with 3 managers who all discussed company and explained industry. Also sat in for half hour to learn about the day to day operations in the position. Seemed like everyone was stating the training program would teach the industry and you will figure it out by trial and error. People were nice and fun culture in growing company. Nice approach to interview process.
