It's a big day today at TI / NTG as we're officially launching 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗕𝗲𝗼𝗻 - our HiPo (high potential) mentorship program. This four-month initiative is going to be filled with productive and intentional growth, development, and (of course) fun!
