Interview
I had one phone interview and one zoom interview. There was a discussion between the groups, and after the final interview, I received a notice of acceptance. They are looking for people who are growth drivers, enjoy a broad range of scientific knowledge and network.
Zoom interview. Few questions about their products. Asked if meeting clients and driving to meet clients is something I can do. HR question at the end about sponsorship was the limiting factor, although I had already shared that with the recruiter.
A formal interview session conducted with a panel of five interviewers, each evaluating the candidate’s qualifications, skills, communication style, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit through structured, in-depth questions and professional, focused discussion.

It gave me the opportunity to showcase my problem-solving skills and resilience, which are particularly relevant for the position.
